SX/SXi/SXi Pro Hood seal and pump ?'s

What type of glue do I use for installing a new hood seal on the 750 sx??

Also, I pulled the pump to install a new impeller, There was no sealant around the pump area, would it be a good idea to silicone that area or just leave it alone??

My hood seal has never had any sealant around it. It just sets on the lip around the motor compartmant. I like to put a little silicon on the rubber seal around the pump because it likes to come out sometimes.

Ya no sealant on the hood seal, its made to seal on the lip.. And some silicone to hold the pump seal in place..
