Do it twice?That's DooDoo
superglue works well... just a bead around the bottom and put down in about 6" sections... just make sure not to stretch or compress the seal to much when you're applying it...

when you go to glue the gasket in.. do a prelim gasket setting in on the gasket surface.. apply several pieces of masking tape to the top the gasket and at next the to gasket surface on the ski. (corners and few on the straght part) then with a marker make a line up mark on each peice of tape on the gasket tap and tape on the ski.

when you start gluing in the gasket these line up marks will keep the gasket from stretching and will asure you that when you do the last portion of the gasket there will not be any slack nor too short.

I would apply the front portion first.. then have someone support the sides while you apply the rear portion.. then work the sides to the center..
align mark to mark.. then peel the tape off.. comes out like a PRO!
This is how I do them.
