Hot mid shaft

Installed a new midshaft housing, bearings, midshaft, seals and coupler. Motor and pump seem to be aligned correctly. What could cause this issue? Bad bearing?

I thought it was the crank bearings going but midshaft was much hotter than the crank.

I never would have believed it but seals riding on the midshaft create a lot of heat. The double lip seals create even more heat and are used as the front and rear seal in the blasters.
