I don't have any previous home owner experience, but I don't think insurance is too bad. My property tax is a little higher since I bought a few years later but it's not much more. This is country/red neck living, most of my neighbors have quads and they ride barefoot :biggthumpup:

Yep, naked lady next door too, did I forget to mention that? She is also barefoot I believe, although I've never noticed!
