How can i get this bpipe set screw out?

Have a welding shop weld up the inside hole and then use a strong epoxy like Marine Tex to seal outside of the screwed up adjuster (JB weld will probably will work too). You won't need the bottom adjuster to work for freestlye set-ups...

a good tig welder could weld down in the hole to whats left of the screw and build it up and out and then into a ball to grabe with vice grips.

dump some penetrating oil around the threads as it cools, and between the heat, and the new 'head' of the bolt it will back out.

I used to do that ALL the time...
