Freestyle How do these custom freestyle hull compair to regular hulls at higher speeds?

That sounds good.
I was always letting anyone who wanted to try my skis as well and several became hooked and bought skis. Thay also became very close friends as well.
I will save the thread and maybe get in touch in the summer. Thanks for the offer.
I don't get much time off in the summer because of work. This is our operation, www.jurassicattack.com

Its like Water skiing , smaller stunt ski's and longer high speed ones for dragging behind a boat (2 types for two different applications) one size does not fit all there will be ups and downs , its up to you for what you want to do , i see lots of riders in the surf trying to ride at speed to do retries and approach waves just to spin quick and fall off on landing , where as a longer ski will handle better at speed, nose rocker does assist in rotation on flips but a shorter hull with rocker will as you land place more rotation when you spear into the water , its great in shallow water as you won't nose it in on 180 's act like we have all done on old SJ .... the more you shorten any ski the harder they will be to ride at speed , also pump positions and the flat area in front of the pump being to wide will affect this as well (wider area = more stable at low speed ) narrow area handle at high speed but less stable at low speed) ups and downs on each side , make a decision and just stick with it everyone will tell you there ski is best , its like dirt bike LOL yamaha V kawaski. just my 2 cents :)

Thats some great info there and a video that looks like a great day of riding.
Im sure I would be happy with a hard running stock hull but like to know the in and outs of whats out there.
It is all making more sence with all you guys help.
I am quite suprised at the way aftermarket freestyle equipment has grown in popularity in last few years.
Seems like standups are making a comeback. I think the sitdowns killed the sport about 15 years ago.

Well I will say it I love my xfs, but flat out runs end up in a yardsale most of the time. But I came off of a race ski that the harder you rode it the better it worked. I am still learning the short hull. I have way more fun on the short hull but there is a big learning curve.
