Other How do you bleed a Hydraulic trim system on an HX?

I just got an HX and it has hydraulic trim system on it. I believe it is a R&D, but I am not sure. I was wondering how do you bleed it and what fluid can I use in it.

fluid will be probably the same as in other vehicles (e.g clutches). Bleeder should be somewhere around the cylinder I guess

Probably a R-pot set up. Suggest you google "Megura" . likely uses dot 5 (silicone) brake fluid, bleed at actuating cylinder.

i know on my ktm my magura used mineral oil

Be very careful to only use the correct type of fluid. I doubt it's dot 5. Using the wrong fluid will damage all the seals.

I will probably just use mineral oil to be safe, and there isnt bleeders just allen bolts, one at the actuator and one by the lever.

You may need to pay a visit to your local bicycle shop, to see if they have a disk brake bleeding kit for your magura system.
