Can be found at Wal Mart in the automotive section on the bottom shelf in aerosol or 1 pint can. I use the aerosol. Spray it on, wait 5 minutes and brush off and rinse!!! Paint bubbles off before your very eyes!!!

Carb cleaner works really well. It turns to mush and falls off. Just spray some on. Don't even need to soak it
