how long before you post a negative feedback

i have bought many things from the x and all my dealings have been great, and i will continue to do so this is a great site and most poeple on here are honest

i paid the seller 105 dollars by paypal 2 months ago
left many pms he says it was shipped
website not working anymore
called him twice first time he says it was shipped, he gave me no tracking number even thou in his pm he sayed he would
second time no answer left message on his machine
i have had no contact with him for over 3 weeks
i live in toronto canada but shipping only takes a few days longer than to any u s city at the most 1 week longer

should i leave a negative feedback, i dont wont any other people to have the same problem

I sell lots of golf clubs on ebay... and i always ship usps. I know that usps sometimes takes waaaay to long to ship. Like I shipped a golf club from florida to north carolina and it took 15 day's? Good thing i pay extra for the tracking...

If the guy woulda given you a tracking number and it really was the shipper than it is the shipper to blame. But I think your money and item may be long gone...

I always ship UPS, i know your is into canada but if no tracking is given then i usually get suspicious. I shipped a hood to wedo last week and gave a tracking immediately, its karma. DEF file the negative not shipping the part on time or at all is wrong.

I'd wait for resolution, positive or negative.

Then leave an objective telling of events in the appropriate forum - which seems to be the negative feedback forum in this case.
