How much fun you can have with a 47' viking

Yeah we will be out on friday night and sunday about noon. mapquest rock landing rd East Hampton CT we launch on the beach at the end of the road. We all hang out there (and our girlfriends) and a lot of people hang out on the island accross the river. I will call my friend and see if he is transporting any boats on sunday. If not I am sure there will be other ones out there.

Sounds good i'll drop you a PM for the weekend. We got a couple yachts down in Niantic Bay we hit up. I'll come up this weekend and if you guys want you can come check it out my way. Im around all week so if you guys are riding at all or wanna come down for a rip just throw me a PM.

Where do you ride down there? My friend has a place on Black Point. Anywhere near you?

Thats where my girl grew up. Im in Waterford, and there is a boat launch right on the Niantic River. Thats across the street from Sunset Ribs if you ever heard of that. Boat launch has a big ramp and pleanty of parking. Black Point is 5 or 10 minutes from my place. PM me anytime you guys wanna tear it up either up your way or down my way, especially if that 47' is gonna roll!

I just had dinner the other night @ sunset ribs. My buddies cousin married the guy whos parents have the big house on the point of the niantic river. (where everyone hangs out on the little beach) I just hate the huge no wake zone. I will be on the river tonight if you want to come run bouys and wait for boats. New handlepole is on but it is from a '98 so now my ski is red white and blue.

Hahaha. Rocking nations flag ski. Thats all good. I'll prob hold off til Friday or Sunday if those are the days you guys are still gonna ride. but im def. in for one or both those days. Usually the best times to ride are anytime on the weekends. we usually hang out in the bay by Millstone and wait for all the sport fishing boats to come cruising around the corner. We get quite a few that dock at that marina across the river from Sunsets.

Hey Ripper26, PM me if you want to ride the Thames sometime. I live on the river past the sub base and we get some nice boat wake. Right now I'm suffering with a couple busted skis but I can always take the reliable couch! Oh by the way, I was a bartender at the Rib for years. My liver told me to find another job!!!

Hey Tstartz i'd be down with riding the Thames i usually wait out by the 5 and 6 buoys for the ferry's to kick it up but ive played down the river to, a lot of yachts go cruising up the Norwich way so im down whenever so PM me also if your riding bro, we'll tear it up.

This my friends boat we jumped last night. Another casualty, 08 sj ripped the handlepole out of the hull. Not me this time!

I hear you on that. I'm trying to sell my place in Jersey. I keep my ski at my parents house now with all my shop tools and compressers for the time being til i can sell my place down there. My property is right on Sandy hook. Not a bad beach fro riding if any storms roll through! If your down im gonna ride up in East Hampton trying to find the Viking this Sunday with these guys. Come on up!
