How much to chop off the back

I've got a Tom21 FX that is -6 off the back and I am running the tailplate flush and it is perfect. Now I am starting to build my WDK F1 Pro, which is an SJ midshaft and driveshaft instead of FX like the Tom21. That puts the engine forward about 3/4" and the pump back about 2".

I'm not trying to do a tailplate on the back of this ski and just want to cut it in a good spot to start. I've never ridden an FX besides my stock one and the Tom21 and I know yall will have different experience with SJ driveshafts and pumps in yours, so I am hoping for some input of where to chop. Should I go with -4 to put the back of the ski in the same place according to the pump, -6 to copy, or ?

I'm a terrible explainer of things
FX-21 is a -6 FX-1 with a 144 pump. It rides like an FX-1 except a little more predictable with tubbies and a larger bondrail. The -6 helps a ton for flips as well as makes it very responsive almost like it can pivot at lower speeds. It doesn't take away from 45mph cruising or cause it to be nose high at all either. It's a great all arounder for me.

F1 Pro is stock length with a 144 pump but set back 2" by using an SJ driveshaft and the motor is 3/4" forward with an SJ midshaft. I'd like to get it to have similar handling to the FX-21 and am going to chop some off the back of it. I'm scared -6 will be too much because the pump is already 2" further back and I may just want to go with a -4 on it but maybe that 3/4" forward engine will help keep the nose down and -5 or -6 may be alright.

Just spitballing before I go chopping.
