it isnt that hard to shape the shoe tho just bolt the pump in frist and shape the shoe so it fits nicely up to the pump and hull.

im not at the moment but i am going to fit one soon , shouldnt be to hard to fit one in tho when you are doing the install
im just about finished putting the 750 pump in my x2. will get some pics soon. I cut the front off the 650 pump and used it for the shoe. I hat to weld some plaet to the sides to have something to glue too. then made a intake from scratch as i did not have one. not that big a deal just time so far im in it $0

Use a 750 impeller with 2-3mm cut off both ends.

Did you bore out the stock x2 nozzle
Im using an old aftermarket 84mm nozzle. I would advise against using a 750 pump because making the shoe fit is a lot of work for no performance gain. I did modify a 750 impeller and slotted the mounting holes on the 650 pump aft 5mm to get the spacing correct.

bumping an old thread but I found the this thread looking for the same thing than found the answer, 13070-3708 for sxr. The kawi parts catalog has it under Hull and calls it a Guide, Intake.
