less comprehensive guide on how to become a freestyler: get a $40k boat.
You need to be an 18 year old jock with a sugar daddy.
It's like a bunch of old women signed up around here.. bitch' n 'moan..
Do you have fun riding what you own? if answer is yes: STFU, if answer is no: GTFO
You think you need a 40k to compete? I'd say you're underestimating the skill that it takes. The guy's riding the 40K boat? He's maxed out his skill on a OEM/701 and is stepping it up to the next level. A rookie on a AM/900 is very apparent. The pro's are to the skill level where
the ski needs to keep up with them. If there were more riders i'm sure a spec class would emerge (see the lengthy thread about AM freestyle) but with our low numbers that's not the case..
Yeah jetski are expensive to get to the next level, but round here you gotta pay to win with the big dogs. Or just don't compete, be bitchy about those who are doing thing progressive and creating the new machine tech and watch from behind the keyboard as any organized aspect of this already hurting sport shrivels up and dies away.
I'm saying thanks to AP1 for putting some time into his site. I'll go show the old gals at bingo and see what they have to say about it.
