How to buff sun faded black gel coat and good hull cleaner suggestions?

I bought a nice 2017 SXR 1500 yesterday for a great deal but it sat out in the sun it looks like for 2 years and has some light oxidation and also sat in the water for some time and the bottom hull needs a deep cleaning. What do you all suggest for both? Anything around the house I can use to clean the bottom of the hull? Also I cannot tell if the dull matte finish on the nose is from the factory or faded by the sun. Can anyone confirm that has experience with the new SXR in 2014?

Best way is to buff with the correct products.
If you use the lowest grit polish you can go over the graphics and not damage them.

I suggest the Meguyar’s marine line of polishes as they have more oils and lubricants specifically for fiberglass gelcoat unlike the automotive lines.

In extreme cases I have a 30 year old 580 sea poo poo that my family members won’t let me get rid of so we wet sanded it all the way down to 2000 buffed it out with some marine grade products from west marine and the old thing looks ok. I have done this to boats also it’s a lot of elbow grease as the gel coat if fairly thick. Kinda alittle temporary as it fades out again best is to keep em outa the sun

on older jet skis we used and old school trick and very carefully ran heat gun over plastics, they heat up and start shining like new, but i am unsure if that
works in this case
