how to build a tiger tote or tbm

does anyone have plans or ideas of making a tote out of pvc or somthing ladder or plans to build one. dont want to spend to much on a real tiger tote and dont have a welder.

mayber pics of your custom builds will help oh ya and id like it to be about 30' or less wide got to get it by my garage walk way

I have $90 in my setup, the lawn tractor wheels made up most of that. Works rather well although I will be adding a winch onto it soon.

Look on ebay for some cheap atv tires, mine were 15 bucks each.
Get some teflon for the bearings. Small wheels are 5 bucks each from Harbor Freight. Its a lil overkill for a sj though.

do you need it to go on sand? I modified a scissor tote with two axles and wheels and it works great. I think I have 20 bucks in it (aside from a scissor stand that is)
I bought one from superjett a while back and thought I would use it more, but it is kind of big. If I had a 4 wheeler to move it around the beach it would rock. not very handy for what I use it for.
