after test ride the flower guard dose help the air time but my home made flowerport/flower guard came off after few jumps, Find out it take a lot of force around that area, I saw this in the UIM race at Chine give me a idea to build a different style flwer guard can fit bigger pump.

I use thin Aluminum to make the shape then place fiber glass outside so I can pull the mold from it have the better finish, Then mount it to the reduces nozzle and ride plate screws.

Mine has held up all season. It's way faster to make your own than to order one. Lol.

I have to say the shape looks really good,the bracket system looks solid, it just needs to be sprayed with gelcoat on the outside, then sanded and buffed and you will actually have something there, Bravo sir !
