Other how to make pop-off pressure tool

I thought there was a post around here on how to make a tool to test the pop off pressure in the carbs. I have search and can't come up with anything. Does anyone know if there is a post on here about a home made gauge/tool?

Bike tire pump from Wal-Mart and a gauge from Mc Master Carr its just that easy.

I bought a tire gauge that had wide graduations at low psi. Unscrewed it from the shrader adapter leave pipe threads, put it on a brass Tee, with barbs that fit a bike pump ^^^ hose, hose clamp it down and booom, done.
