Super Jet How to make the connection between the pump cavity and mid shaft

All in the title . I thought this would be a slam dunk , but I'm coming up with zero . Seems like I'm missing a reducer on the pump side . Do not tell me it's PVC and get it at home depot ..... it's not .Just curious if any one had a hull opened up to look at .

I understand it is PVC ... I have not found anything that even comes close to accommodating the id of the rear hole (pump side) and the od of the front hole (over the flange at the bulk head ) . I was wondering if it was some special pipe size ie coustom . Trying to search for a close up of a defoam job to get a close up . The search function is worse than THAT drawer in everybody's kitchen .... you know the one .

They are pvc, but your bulkhead looks different. Mine was flat on back with a recessed groove the pvc went in. Just take some measurements and make up a piece using reducers/couplings/etc.

Tried that , it's not an off the shelf reducer / pipe . It does seem like I'm missing a pice on the pump side almost like a sleeve reducer of some sort. I even took the hull in HD and ACE home center ...... nothing without turning it on a lath. This can't be this difficult ! .... come on think Ladys .

I'm just picky ... Kind of a critical place for leaks and stress . I don't want to half a$$ it . Thought someone would know.

I can tell you about octanes... We don't have that molded tube on the pump side like you do; it's just the pump cavity with a hole in it. There's an aluminum tube with a big, square flange that's angled and curved to fit the tunnel on the tube and that gets 5200ed in there. A hose with clamps then connects that tube to the metal tube in the bulkhead...

Hey sport, can you not glass (2 to 3 of pieces of 12oz biaxle) over the entire rear tunnel hole and make your own friggin hole? Did l miss something or would that not work?

And quit whining about everything.:spank:

1" SCH 80 with a coupler on the midshaft side, glass it, get rid of (fill) the pump tunnel recess and bring the MS tube out flush. Remember it is FUN !

Got it worked out . Used 1 inch pvc and 1 inch couplings . Sanded the coupling down to the OD size of the pump and the coupling on the bulk head side fits with a small gap ,but can be filled and glassed. Also sanded out the ridge in the center of the pump side coupling so the center section of pipe can slide into place as the bulk head is set.

Thanks Tem for a little G2 . Crab for the pic and my boy Nut for .... well ....... just answering his phone. Sanoman can pound sand ! Might be making a run to the coast next week " for research " getting cold in the Volunteer state yet.
