Ok well heres what I have going. I landed on my tail and the engine pushed the midshaft back. If i remember correctly the prop shaft is tapered on the spline side isn't it? If it is I'm assuming it pressed itself in there. The pumpside won't pull out either, I'm using a pry bar and no luck. Any ideas?

its a tight fit to begin with. make sure your pulling straight out and not caught on anything or still have bolts in.
If you can't remove the pump or the midshaft, the splines are probably locked together. Could be rust, salt, sand, or any number of other random things. Maybe a few good blows to the pump housing with a dead blow hammer will free them up. Careful of the back muscles if you decide pulling is the best method...
