How to select a hemlet? What do you wear?

I use this one. Light and fairly comfy. I found the sizes run small though. I usually take a large, i had to buy their XL. I also picked up a plastic quick release for the chin strap... makes taking it on and off easier with gloves on. :biggthumpup:

Wally world $40 X-games special. They come in cool patterns, too! It is Bell, and from what I could see it is very similar to if not the same as the bell balistic. One thing is the pads are not removable but that can be fixed with some good velcro. It says youth but I would try it on.

full face bmx helmets suck bad... get a light weight "whitewater rafting" helmet. It's more desiged for what we do and more protection IMO

yeah, bought it, came in, tried it on... sent it right back for the XL. Does not get water logged.

I've been thinking about trying one of the ones Nick endorses though. I like the wider field of view it offers.

My son has that black x games one from wally mart, ive actually worn it when riding his littel dirt bike too.

It didn’t hurt my feelings to drill holes in it for my helmet cam.

I have been looking at Lacrosse helmets too.
