Ha ha, fairly common with triples. With a twin when 1 cylinder is going, you can usually feel the power loss right away and catch it before it gets nasty. With a triple you have 2 to power that blown/seized piston and rod around and saw the engine right into pieces. Often cylinder and cases ruined and all you have left is a crank core.
Then I have MANY things I'd like to sell you.i fail to see an issue with it other than the bubbly paint.
