HP for 140 Mag pump?

I have a stock 2016 Superjet. I just picked up a used 140mm 12 vane Magnum pump with a 9/17 and a 16/23 impeller. How much horsepower do I need to turn each of these?

16/23 takes 130-140hp+ to really spin up in mid 7400-7700 and 62-63 mph. Full race motor

Most popular race prop was 16/21 to 16/22 for all out ski.

Thanks. Do you think a stock 701 would turn the 9/17? The lakes are frozen here so I can't try yet.
