ok so i might be ending up with a second hull, any idea on how long it would take to swap everything from one hull to the other? and how easy or hard this would be?

I just did it and it doesnt take that long at all! Probably 3 -4 hours tops if youre just doing the motor, pump, and pole. Mine took longer cuz I did footholds, sponsons, paint, and turf.

How long did the holds and turf take to do? Those are my back up plan if I cant manage to get down to NJ to pick up this hull later on this week.

mine took at least 8 hours but i was being picky about every thing.:tapedshut:
i swapped everything over and added a few things and and i would say 8 hours if you dont run into problems

you will have to realign the motor but thats not hard

took me about the same time as yankeeboy 2-3 days. Take your time, it's not worth trying to rush it.
