I have Windows 10...what driver do I need?

The computer makes a sounds when the USB is connected but nothing shows in the drives available section on the computer...

I do not have a Y. Didn't know I needed another cord besides the one that plugs into the epic tether to USB on computer?

Have you see this video... Also not sure it works well or at all with Windows 10, like mentioned http://www.airtimeproductsusa.com/index.php?act=viewVID&vidId=39

Here is hyper terminal not sure if you'll need this

They don't list w10 as being tested on ... You might barrow a laptop with xp and try again... When I had issue I emailed airtime, Lisa was very helpful and got me sorted.... One thing I had once was I was not snapping the lead into the ski's lead hard enough to make a full depth contact

I belive when I was hooking mine up I had the same problem. I didn't know I needed that little "Y" wire untill I saw the wiring diagram. There's a wiring diagram on Google but it's really blurry and it's linked to a thread on here... maybe someone can chime in and send you the clearer version.

@shawn_NJ posted it

You only need the USB wire, if you have a 3 way map switch installed I think you need it set on map A. You have clicked on 'connect' in the lower right of the screen right? It should flash a green light and show the CDI serial # when connected.

Thanks fellas. I did install the Y jumper, soon think we are good there. Lanyard was installed. I think the issue is the operating system being too new. I have access to another with XP. I'm going to give that a shot tomorrow afternoon. I appreciate the help, thanks again. Let you know how it goes.

No switch installed, and yes I clicked "connect" but it did not find the port.

I have mine thru windows 7 which is upgraded to 10, worked fine last weekend. Email Lisa at ATP, I had trouble the first time and she got me sorted.
Does it start and run the ski?

download these files and delete the .pdf off the end. This is how I got it to work on Windows 7.
