I have seen a lot of skis in my lifetime & I have yet to see one without seams in the corner. I'm not going to say it can't be done, but I think it would be nearly impossible to get it to lay down & form around the corner, even with heating it up.

honestly it can be done. its just not gonna look good or hold up unless you run the pattern weird or use flat. one cut is super clean.
