I'm with you DOK!!! I have always called and dealt with Cindy and if she was not there, I would call back when she was! Nice lady and always did what she said she would do. HT had perfect customer service with her manning the battle station IMO. I want Cindy back!!! Don't know her from a man on the moon, but would love to have her and her skills/attitude working for me!

Man you guys are old fashioned and the only ones that I've heard of complaining about the inability to make phone orders. If you tell most people I know, including myself, to "just call" to place an order, the order will never get placed. You have to place the order during their business hours instead of when it's convenient for you. I'd rather spend 2 minutes online than having to spell out my name, address, etc. Did you say 488...no 478. Did you say your name was Willington...no Woodington. Spell it please... Then after I spell it they always say "oh it's just like how it sounds". Then every so often, they screw the order up and you have to call back, go through that grueling process again and get it corrected.

And too cost conscious. Look at Home Depot and WalMart with their 'self check out' lanes! Now thats customer service gone straight to hell if you ask me!
I guess I am too old fashioned because I am a service manager for a couple of Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealerships and everything has to do with customer service!

i really like the self checkout lanes. if you ask me its better costumer service because you have the choice to ring your self up (i found its a lot faster) or go threw a normal line. ordering online(convenient and effective) doesn't make people lazy, that just comes natural.

If ordering online and going through a self checkout in 2 minutes instead of waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to pull crumpled bills out of their pants or pay with a check makes me lazy, then put me on welfare and social security! lol

I'll be buying new turf very soon and I want an underpad. I can't find instructions on how to install the underpad, and then the turf.
