I WANNA GO FAST!!
Alright. So i get my super in the water for the first time since I bought it. rode it for ten mintues and have an engine compartment full of water. Without the ski running, I can hear water trickling in under my pipe where it connects to the exhaust hose not the engine. I can't see it but I can hear it back there. How big of a task is it to pull the out and try to refit the hose? Should I take it to a dealer?

yeah dealer has some 17 year old with a manual that could care less about your ski, might as well take a plug out and drop a nut in the cyclinder and fire it up as much help as those guys are...

It should not be a huge task on pulling the exhaust. All though I'm not familiar with that chamber. My husband has plenty of experience pulling and re-installing pipes. (My position supervisory and parts acquirer) :439: We are local to you, PM or STEELDOGG if you need some assistance.

That Type 8 pipe isn't too hard to pull out. A couple bolts and clamps. Now you just need to figure out why water is trickling in. Good luck

Get a mirror and a flash light and locate the leak 1st before you start tearing into it..
Also take a long close look at the bulkhead and all around the bond, glue lines.. I have found a few skis leaking there and found it to be the tray had a crack along the side rail and water was coming in there..

What? Which part? 1. That I volunteered my husband? 2. I've never seen a type 8, I'm only familiar with Type 4, Type 9, Blaster, Riva Red Pipes B-pipes and Speedwerx Pipe. 3. I skip words when I type 4. Poor Grammar? Or 5. I purchase the part in the family and make my husband install them. (supervisor and purchaser)

I'm glad you enjoyed it:jester:
