hmm i just got this funny idea..

if i buy this heavy duty sliding door rail and then i add this chain winch so that i can slide it back and forward.
in that picture red is that rail and black is tube bolted to roof so that this rail can move inside of that tube.
after i lift my ski up to second floor i just move it sideways to make a room for next one

and that 2 story bed coul be just wood or light metal frame that even one man could lift out.. or i could use that winch for that too

Your roof will deform if you bolt that arrangement to the roof panel proper. It might work if you utilise the cross beams but seems a lot of unnecessary drama. There's doubtless a simpler solution. I run a mount bracket similar to Harbor's with a hand winch below in the void between the ski's nose and the bow bracket. I disassembled my trailer last weekend to service it and will need to reinstall everything. Once done I will post some pic's. As yours is not exposed to the elements I would substitute the hand winch for an electric model connected to a battery box via an Anderson plug. I have one of those in my garage so I'll be able to show that arrangement, also.

Hope photos upload. This is how I run my bow restraint/winch system. Bolts haven't been done up so its collapsed at the moment. I can up with this arrangement to maximise space on my trailer. It's (the winch) only used in emergency situations as I normally use a tote.

Well good thing is that summer is not yet here.. i just bought that car and now its in car repaire shop
Car has problems with robot automatic...so no i wait what the cost is and how much dealer will pay for it.. if not enough ill take it back and find another.. so this project is now in hold....
