I like to carve and I like to get air. So I've got both.

They both put a grin on my face.
I will never get rid of my SJ & I doubt that I will ever buy a Kawi. However, with that being said, I rode an 800 on a bouy course yesterday & I had a giagamic grin on my face. I know now what all the hubub is about them. Awesomely sweet boat for racing. So I too agree....both skis have their place in the sport:arms:

Why not keep it around for buoys or even try out racing?

Just a suggestion.

i originally was going to, but never did. just not into racing it. plus i could use the money for a new tow vehicle (06 double cab tacoma is the goal).

You guys are making it hard to decide. I'm ready to buy now.

I like to carve the smooth water sometimes. But i also like riding in the surf. Cant the sxr jump waves? I'm not into the backflips i just like the airtime.
