Bad pictures from terrible angles, but it certainly looks like a Polaris Octane.

From the non straight lines on the inside of the hood seal area it looks like a lightweight octane made by Dan(highroller)
I had one a couple years ago, I was thinking that might be it but mine had no bulk head, was a -6 hull and had a big D cut on the back of the tray
