If you could live anywhere and ride surf!

Geographically if your staying in the US and want year round OCEAN riding your only real options are cali and florida. The carolinas and georgia are options but do get pretty cold in the winter. If you are willing to settle for gulf surf, then you have few more options (tex, louisiana, alabama). I had same debate and chose the east coast of florida. Can get a nice house few mins from the beach under 100k.... and i rode in boardshorts on new years day.

Your one stop shop for quality parts @highspeedind
Melbourne, Austraila (huck n hold)
Sydney, Austraila (rip n ride)
Auckland, New Zealand (Festival of free ride)
Dakar, Senegal (speaks french, but amazing surf)
Pismo Beach, CA (Pismo Beach free ride)
Oceanside, CA

From what I understand those are all really good surf spots. They are all on my bucket list. I want to ride surf everywhere before I die.

You could also consider certain parts of Mexico, but it all depends on where exactly you want to live.

^^^^^^Probably all kool places to visit but none on my list to "live". When it comes to day to day life there are a couple other things to consider unfortunately. I hope you get to spend a few years in all those places. Be a great "life" experience. Good luck

I'm not a huge fan of the way you have to get to the ride spot in O-side, but damn, that surf is nice.
