Check your bag (yes they come in a plastic bag) before the UPS driver leaves. I did not sign for it so I did not get to check. It was supposed to be three hoodies in the bag. The bag was tore open and then taped back together, two of the hoodies are gone. I guess someone at UPS is a fan of the LSFR :rant: The bag weighed 5lbs when it left KY, now it weights only 1.11lbs, I am waiting for cafexpress to call me back to see if it was insured, if not I'm out about $75 :rant: Just make sure all of you items are in the bag before you sign for them

Well, $65.98 to be exact, filed a claim with UPS, maybe they will cover it since one of there employee's stole them.

Well, $65.98 to be exact, filed a claim with UPS, maybe they will cover it since one of there employee's stole them.

check with ups. i know fedex has 100 insurance on any package even if you do not add insurance. i have made fedex pay for several items for our company due to damage.

They are shipping out the new hoodies today :bigok: got my claim payment form from UPS, at least that way I can get cafepress there money for the new ones.

The shipper is the person that would receive any money... Not the receiver.......

Shipping Insurance covers the person that is shipping the products.......
