Super Jet im confused please HELP!!

Its not every day that i get confused on whats happening with my ski.... but right now i am.

PROBLEM:When i take my ski out i can ride it all day long with out getting any water into the engine bay but as soon as i get a little water in it, it starts to miss fire/run on one cylinder/ pop/ have no balls basically. This has never happened and started happening after i put a coffman pipe on my ski, but that cant do anything to it because the problem seems to be electronical.

ATTEMPTS AT FIXING: new spark plug boots, re-sealed stator, re-sealed ebox, new cdi, new coil.

Maybe you .ll have water injestion by the water injector in pipe, i mean if the top end screw is open, something water could go in the cylinder ...

Did you just develop a water leak or can you still continue to ride with a dry engine compartment?

It will run 100% perfect if i do not dive the ski underwater and everything stays dry... No water leaks...

Have you tried unhooking the kill switch while it's displaying these symptoms? Maybe it's just coincidental that it gets water in it and it's actually water in the kill switch trying to ground out your spark??

If this happens when ur handlepole goes under h20 then may want to check ur tank valve. I always go to that first when my ski runs like

i had the same problem. i have no cover installed and when i get too much water in there (i have a midhsaft leak that i need to fix) the coupler makes a fountain. my engine bogs down to 5mph no matter the throttle, and once i pump the bilge it hops up and takes off.

start there.
