head, pipe, intake, handle pole, intake grate, ride plate, the prop is stainless but i have no idea what pitch

You need a carb, especially if your on the 28mm pos with the remote fuel pump.

Find out what pitch prop and report back. And a shorter pump cone will help with a little more bottom end punch.

Advance the timing, you'll have to limit your WOT speed runs but it'll give you more low end snap.

With skat-trak its stamped on the motor side and you can just remove the intake grate and have a look. Don't know about others.

And I believe that the 800 pump cone will fit a 650 pump. Don't know if it'll make any improvement.

If you can find an extrude honed pump jump on it. I put one on my 650sx and it was a night and day difference in pump hookup. I'm not sure about how much better the pumps are with hand porting. Definitely get a 44mm carb if you still have a stock one on it. More compression makes a big difference so find a good aftermarket head. Those Dale's CDIs are expensive if you can find one but another way to get rid of the rev limiter is to do a hybrid 650/550 electrics setup. I used to have a schematic for how to do it. Maybe the drawing I posted a few years ago is still floating around on somebody's hard drive. If not, ask some of the guys who have put 650/750s in their 440/550 skis. Some of them might have used that setup. A pipe makes a difference but there is a huge difference between them. The westcoast pipe will add power but mild compared to the Coffman's pipe for the 650. An aftermarket waterbox will make your ski sound good but won't help performance really and it'll be really loud. So keep that in mind too.

Or you could think about enjoying the ski relatively stock and using what you would have spent on upgrades to get a more capable ski at a later date. I spent a good bit of money on the 650sx I had and it was never as fast as the mildly modded 750sxi or any of the Superjets I had. But it was always a fun ski.
