650/X-2 Im new can you help me

Well I'm new to the forum and new to the jet ski world. Well not new to jet skis but I've never looked into the performance especially the aftermarket world of jet skis. i have many questions I'm hoping i can answer myself but i need your help to get me started. heres my main goal.

Ive done as much searching as i can and I've figured out quite a bit about the x-2's.

What i want is an X-2 thats brand new. Is this possible? whats a good company that makes X-2s like in carbon fiber, the first I've found is Trinity.

what i don't understand is what you do from there? do you need to buy a used donor motor and rebuild it??

im not sure even what I'm asking because i don't know were to start really.

My end goal is to have and X-2 brand new like a trinity with a triple 2 stroke installed. i want something really fast and completely fun i LOVE speed and also love the sound of triples. so I'm not sure were to start if anyone could help me out. Ive seen 1100-1200 triples in 800sx-r's but can't for the life of me figure out if theres a lot involved in mounting a triple in the one of those hulls. is it it a drop in type thing are the mounts the same??? is it just hard to get everything else to fit??

welcome to the site, and to the "addiction"

i too am in WI, and would love to help in any way i can....

check out BULLET. Rusty makes a really nice hull, and a new stlye X2.

the 1100 kawi motor in a bullet hull is really pretty simple / straight forward. i ahve many parts here, ( motor, electrcs carbs, etc) or you cna buy a doner ski, and strip it your self.

Welcome sounds like you are on the road to madness, enjoy the ride bro. Best industry, best people.

Thank you all for the quick reply and i have yet to even try a stand up let alone a X-2 I'm huge into motocross and am pretty sure it won't be a problem. I went to the bullet website but couldn't really find any information on any of the hulls I'm not sure whats up maybe its my computer not sure.

What my understanding is so far is you buy the hull then buy all the components separate that suit your needs and there you got yourself a jet ski i don't want to use a donor ski either i want all new as if it was a factory model but much nicer.

my issue is I'm not all that familiar with what a good or bad prop is for a setup if thats what they even call it so granted I've built a few cars from the ground up that are near 600AWHP and am huge into motocross it feels weird going into this and i don't have a clue were to start. I've looked up some build threads but they say that have RRP this kjsdkfkvsdc that and i don't have a clue what it even is.

i would love to research parts and figure out what i want to put in a hull but i just can't seem to find companies that make stuff and if they did i wouldn't now what to look for nor if it will even work so its hard to put a list per say together. with cars and bikes ik exactly what companies are top notch good and bad but when it comes to skis not a clue.

Also the reason i want a triple is i want as much power as possible but still staying really reliable on 92-93 pump gas. i figure you can get lots of power out of a built 800 but then race gas gets involved and thats not what i want.

am i way off? in wanting an X-2 thats geared towards speed/ stability that runs on pump gas and is reliable but also could hit speeds near 60-70mph < the more the better

Also is it easy to get custom skis like this registered for waters in wisconsin?? any one have trouble with loud exhaust on these things in WI??

i saw that i was like WOW thats exactly what i want. i don't have all the cash yet other wise i would have it in my garage all ready.man it deals like that that make me cringe if only i had the money now. i plan on this being a winter project

This video is exactly what i want EXACTLY its even registered in wisconsin which answers one of my questions.
Can anyone tell what parts are on this?? what brand are they so i can take a look. parts like the steering and maybe the pumps?? all the miscellaneous parts.
And were do you get the 1100 motors brand new?? is there a company that makes really good ones?? Aftermarket parts for these motors?? any companies that make parts along with even complete motors??
