In my experience, they will get back with you when they feel like it. They are great but their communication is less to be desired.

I'm just wanting to get confirmation they recieved my impeller. I couldnt get ahold of them before I sent it so I just sent it off with their print out sheet inside describing what I want and my information. They recieved last week but I havent had confirmation or anything. What turnaround time should I expect?

They are actually pretty good with their turn around time. They may be working on it but its hard to say because their communication is so bad. The last time I dealt with them I had the same issue so I make sure I establish communication with them before I send anything.

Next time, I repitch props same day (almost every time) and get them back out and answer all messages...
Something must be up this week. Called my machine shop guy, too busy, called my other machine shop guy, out all week, contacted two vendors looking for parts, no reply from one, strange, unproductive reply from another. Nobody seems to want my money.

Dave (Impros) usually has a one week turn around. Please, keep in mind: a small business usually does not a lot of people to answer the phone. You'll probably have it back soon.

I had a problem when I emailed him. For some reason, my email went to his junk folder. I got a response 3 months later. Can't control things like that

I can completely understand, and thats why I waited so long to ask what was up, and it wasn't as much about answering, but returning.

A simple out of office reply on their email and they could avoid upset customers. Too easy.
