impros on vacation?

been trying to reach the folks at impros for more than 10 days now and still no luck.both phone and email.

are they on vacation or something?

If they are I would hope they notify their customers via voice mail recording, out of office email reply, etc...

Wait. this is the jetski industry, that sort of practice isn't needed around here

Yep, I finally got an email yesterday from them. Said they been moving last two weeks. I said at least confirm you have my props. No reply

I sent one prop to be reconditioned a few years back, horrible experience, will never do business with again. Communication SUCKS

Never had a bad dealing. Some people do not sit on a computer all day, If I call and no answer, call back...... If I email, Will get a response, may not be the same day. if I send a FB Message, will get a response...... May not be the same day....... But If I am sending a prop. I always make contact first. Let him know what I want........ Then Send it in....

they sent wrong prop speedysprocket so nothing you could fix this time.
They rarely take the time to pitch a prop consistently, you probably got the right prop its just that bad lol. I kid (slightly), but they are pretty terrible. Thankfully we have @speedysprocket that can pick up there slack and turn a prop around super fast and it actually be the pitch you request

I just wish I new how they get that finish on them afterwards...
I'm going to attempt resizing worn props soon, too...
