Installing extreem throttle rear exhaust kit.

I understand what needs to be done for the most part, rear hole needs to be cut out and the hole in the firewall needs to be opened up. . My question is how to you property line up the rear hole location? Any tips on cutting into the hull? Any tips at all installing this kit would be much appreciated

I put my outlet low and close to the drain maybe a 1/4” above to the flange. Pipe in water = less ringing in ears.

I used a 3 1/8” whole saw to cut the hole.

I do not defoam the whole rear, once you get the hole cut use a pressure washer to cut the foam out where the pipe is going to go.

I cut the fire wall last, once you have the water box in place it will be easy to see where the firewall will needs to be cut. You will have to trim the black hose coming off the manifold. I start by trimming it 1” at a time on the waterbox side.

Just my two cents, I have only built three not a pro or know it all.
