what is a laserjet? given where i live, a surf ski would make more sense to be honest since i am right next to a marina. but then i wold have to worry about both not screwing up forgetting to add oil to the gas and have the extra burden of salt water which i dont know about...

Mate a laserjet would suit you muchly. It has a solar panel which direct powers the starter, bilge and even total loss ignition! Never need to worry about batts again mate.
