internal view of TDR Waterbox

I have been shopping for a stock RN waterbox and no luck I have also heard the TDR Waterbox sound's good and not to loud can't find one of them either! I am just going to build my own waterbox!Does anyone have pic's of an opened up stock box or does anyone know what the inside of a TDR look's like or maybe even seen a drawing I thought I would ask before just creating my own. LOL any insight is appreciated Thank's

The TDR box is a good example of how NOT to design a muffler. If you make a single chamber box it will be a bit loud. Just make sure the outlet pipe is low enough to bottom to pull water out of the box. The stock box has one divider with two small holes/tubes at the sides. I like to make mine with the first chamber around 70% of the total volume.

People on here have traded them for original boxes because they were too loud, especially with front exhaust. People argue no performance gains either.

tony and lisa are good people. their shop was about 10 minutes from my house before they moved over a year ago. i bought the remaining un-new pwc stuff when they were moving.

Oh I forgot to say I wear ear plugs when I ride my sj. I like to annoy everyone with the loud exhaust but me.

I think I would buy a water box that has the right angle pipes off of ebay and then cut it up and re weld it before I attempted to build one. At least you would get the right idea and know what the baffle looked like. I seen a old 550 box go for under $20 shipped the other day.

But I have to go along with the rest. A TDR box and dry front exhaust is WAY TOO LOUD... CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!!!!!!..WHAT!!!!!!

Yeah I don't want front exhaust I know that for sure. I have also seen a 550 waterbox insides, Well it was worth a shot I guess I will show ya what I come up with lol thank's
