here is some bits and pieces.

almost raw fottge of Ozarks Invasion 2008

and yes, I was trying to spell footage.... did I mention my left hand still hurts?

I see you caught me right after my barrel roll attempt and I was in the channel with my battery DEAD!! Luckily Steve (YoYo) and his wife came to my rescue.

Oh and BTW to the person saying that I get water in my motor when I was doing my fountain-I don't get any water in my ski at all. The trick is to not submerge the air inlet holes that are in the back of the hood. The only time I get water in my ski is when I have a failed barrel roll attempt and my ski running upside down.

that was actually my wife, and the other wives there filming that got that

they were, shocked, pissed, and loud about no one stopping to help you.

So we flagged ketsair down and told him there was a ski down out there, we didnt know it was you. he shagged it out there to check.

I think I met yoYos wife, I tried to get her to tow superX2, but her couch wouldnt start, and shonuff ended up pulling him in.

I wasnt sure who her husband was to get her rescued, a nice guy on a red 550 offered to tow her in .

that was shonuff commenting about flooding your ski, and it was a joking thing, since minutes before we had heard that your ski was flooded, instead of a dead battery.

I felt bad for you out there, I would have been scared to death.

Yeah it was the worst spot to break down thats for sure. I was going to open my hood to get my tow rope but we were worried that with the waves would just go into my ski. I told Steve I just want to get out of the channel!! So he tried to pull me but we were going anywhere fast. Yeah that was scary!!

LOL I figured it was a joke about the flooding, but wasn't sure. My hood seal rocks thats for sure. I keep my bilge on and I never pump any water out.

Sorry we never saw you way out there, Katie, or it would have been a much quicker rescue.

S-U-R-E!!!! The funny thing is I was on my way in and a boat came right by and I decided to try a roll off the wave right there and if my ski wasn't running upside down I would have been fine, too much water got in it and the battery just struggled to start and I thought I had water in the motor but it was just the battery.

The only thing for sure is ski's run, and they stop running. It dont matter if it's a Yama or a Kaw. And I for one have been pulled in so many times by the STL crew, that I owe them ALL. It was a pleasure riding with ALL fo you at L.O.T.O. we must do this again (maybe without the ticks and chiggers) yo

Sorry Jake and I didn't get back down to ride at PB1 Sunday, had to go to the cabin at the 3mm and visit with my out of town family folks. Hope you guys had a good time, I know I did :Banane19:
