Ok so I am new to the stand up game but this summer I bought a Kawasaki 650sx and I’m looking to upgrade for next year I’m interested more in the freestyle side of things and I was wondering if a Squarenose Superjet is even worth my time (the 701 ones not the 650s) or should I just save my money and buy a round nose. Thanks for the help

Well the round nose is better so if you can save a little longer and enjoy the 650 SX a little more and you are serious about sticking with it you should go RN.

A square nose in good shape pretty much won't change in value if you keep it in good shape, so you could buy the square and ride while continuing to save.

Buy it! Square noses are great. I made the same move years ago from a 650sx. I’ve beat on mine endlessly and it still floats somehow

only difference between SN and RN pre 2008. Is the top deck and pole setup.

Buy the SN and upgrade it to an aluminum pole with the money you saved.

Forgot to mention I started with a 650sx with 750 small pin, dual 40mm SBN's, shaved head, skat 9-17, aftermarket handlepole, rend ride plate, scroop grate, 650 flywheel, and ported PJS pipe. I'd take a stock 701 square over that old ski overall honestly.
