Is an RRP pole worth the money

I want a shorter pole on my sxi. i was wondering what every one thought about the rrp poles and if it is worth the money for the pole and conversion kit.

I think it is worth the money because you can use the RRP pole on every ski with different bushings. It is also the most adjustable pole. You can cut it down super short or keep it super long with changing the pole lengths, and you can also adjust the pole up to like 3 inches keeping the same pole lengths.

don't get a PLD they are garbage. you can get an A X metal adjustable pole for 675. comes with the kawi bushings, chin pad and breather tubes and you reuse the stock bracket. The RRP doesn't include any of that and the cast version weighs a ton. They do look sexy though.

Really? Garbage? Sure, there are better poles out there, but for less than 300 bucks, you cannot beat this pole. Fit and function were excellent on my SXI.

the 2 ive seen in person were horrible( welding, fit and finish, one broke), yes its cheap but ive learned my lessons buying cheap parts for skis.

search around on reviews on those poles.

Got an LTD pole on my 750sx. Worst mod ive ever done. Should have kept the stocker.

I run an rrp on my chan and love it. Adjust ability is excellent. If its too long or too short, just swap out set of tubes instead of changing the entire setup.

RRP is worth the money....does any one see that all the pro surf freeriders...they are going big boosting huge airs, ALL THE TIME, they all have either RRP or Blowsion billet poles..............Nuff said..................they are the strongest poles around and worth every penny..................even the cast poles.

I've made my own pole which is very comparable to an rrp. Having a shorter pole on the sxi made the ergonomics as well as the fun to ride factor a big plus. To buy an rrp or an xmetal is a commitment, but they are both adjustable to your liking and they will not break. This is a part that you just don't go cheap on. I highly recommend either or

I may be looking at things the wrong way but the way i see it, if you keep your stock pole for when you sell the ski then sell the RRP, you are only going to have a few hundred dollar loss, they bring good money used if you keep it nice. Just do not sell that ski with an RRP pole, you will take a major loss

I have had my rrp for 5 years now, it's held up great. Best part is, when I switched to this a/m hull, I already the right pole.
