Custom/Hybrid Is my midshaft OK? How about my throttle shaft?

So I got my FR2 torn apart because I need to re-align the entire driveline.

Midsahft:

Should there be that much grease there? Any time I removed one on a superset I don't remember that. Do you think the seals in the midshaft housing could be leaking?

Also, on a superjet, there was always a straight line where water would sit between the midshaft and the bulkhead, making it clean on the bottom half where water would collect.

Since there is no "water line" it makes me think that midshaft spacer isn't sealed to the bulkhead completely. I couldn't find 5200 locally (Home Depot was out and West Marine was closed) when I installed it, and used some other product. I bet I didn't seal it completely?

Throttle Shaft:

When the throttle butterfly is 100% closed, the throttle shaft will slide from left to right about 1mm-2mm. Is this in the acceptable range?

What do you think?
