I am pretty sure the one I saw before was for a yamaha so it must have been modified. If someone can put one in my hands, I can reproduce it.

That a good question. Dave at impros recommended a c75 for my Kawi back in the day. It's okay to run a big hub prop when you don't have a mag/solos/tbm because in time you will want one. Then you don't need to get a new prop. You don't want to run a small hub prop in a big hub pump. I hear it works like pixie dust.

Skat use to make them but blowsion bought their reduction nozzle rights for their trim. It's a better design than stock nozzles. Both companies will help you out if you want it adjustable it just cost more. I did this two seasons ago. One thing you should know is that you will need to use a trim ring to hook up you turn nozzle because it does not have the threaded bosses on th top/bottom like on a superjet reduction nozzle. I sold mine or I would snap a picture. Now I run the 155 gp1300 nozzle. Same thing but you can get it direct from skat with two rings for like 270.00

Thanks roc!
I would just love to be able to start testing things on the pump side so that 1st I can learn about its function and 2nd knowing that the pump is setup right....

you never know how good things can be until you have tried "ALL" other options!!!

Im on the lookout and will also contact blowsion and skat

Xft trim had adj rings on their 144/148 trim setups but you will need to find one used. FYI the gp1300 nozzle from skat is for a 155mm pump and will not work on your 144 superjet pump.

When you tell glen you want an adjustable nozzle he knows why. He just does not sell them behind john's back so you can probably contact John at blowsion first and tell him what your after. He sold me mine without any trim components and four or five rings.

Hmm I might have a picture of my setup, it's been Droc modded to run the stock nozzle it is a great tuning tool, a noticeable difference between 84, 85,86 and 87 mm rings. When I was tuning you could Definitly feel what ring is working best. A must have IMHO

Yes mag before bb, I ended up with 11/17 hooker at 85mm reduction thinking 86 next season since I'll be pushing 800cc with stock Silas cone which I'd say is comparable to Tbm large cone

Would it be a good idea to get a Solas mag pump, and a different impeller to use on my SJ that has a poor mans B pipe,XR Tech scoop grate,D cut ride plate , and a stock 61X/61X?

I knew I had seen a Yamaha 144 setup with the rings somewhere and I finally found it. Solas still makes it and offers it as a complete pump setup. Unfortunately they don't offer spare rings or parts.

I ordered one today and should have it by the end of the week. Both reduction and trim nozzles come with removable rings and the trim is convertible between up/down trim with minimal tooling. Included rings are 85/88mm

Here's a couple shots I pulled off the web. The green rings are from a Kawi setup.

That is a killer part for your pump. I like the turn nozzle rings being adjustable. What did it cost ya?

It was a takeoff that was missing a couple small parts so Dave at Impros gave it to me for a great deal. Not sure what they retail for but you can buy a complete Solas pump for $1650 so subtract the stator, impeller and SS wear ring and that puts it just under $600. Not bad for an adjustable trim system really.

I plan to cast molds of the rings and make a bunch out of a composite material I handle so I can have rings from 83mm to 87 in half size increments, probably just do 1mm increments for the steering nozzle rings.
