is their a dasa/lamey 5mm stroke 89-90 mm bore cyl available

I agree we have one of his motors in our group.

Chuck, thanks great info.yea some junkies rode petes ski at wavedaze,it deff does rip.I meant to just say above, strokers feel more powerful to me than big bores even if the cc is the same between the 2.
Geez I hate to bring up a sore subject, but this new tech in motors is screaming for a dyno to help with figuring out what works best and what the diff is between setups.Im very big into the turbo sports car thing,If we didnt have dynos to show what things were doing we would be ridiculously farther behind in tech.seat of the pants tuning will only take us so far.Could a accurate a/f be calculated with a 2 stroke?

With Cars its very nice to have dyno curves and 1/4 mile ets,60 ft times and such to show what a setup is capable of to chose your own,So far we have with skis......wow man this thing rips?
hp#s aside, what percentage of power should increase per mil of extra stroke at stock bore

None of the front line shops are using any for 2 strokes.
We tried to rent some dyno time from Ross @ Factory Pipe, but one of them is apart, and the other hasn't been run in a very long time so it would need some work to get it up and running...

The reAson that the stroker is better is because the port time area on a square bore / stroke is better. This is why every high performance two stroke engine gas a square / bore ratio
Of course this is not always possible when you are going for max capacity

Sounds like a good op to snatch one up for a deal.Doesnt sound like they have done any r&d on pwc in a long while anyway.specially since all these new 1000 cc motors hit market. I thought they were the ones getting dyno results on the power factor pipe? What happened to rivas dyno?

so how many cc's would this 89 mil bore with 5mil crank make? and if there is one for a 5mil crank with 89mil bores, is there one for the 6-8mil cranks?

anyone using one of these larger bore setups?
