Blaster Is this an OG cast DASA cylinder? I can't remember...

Way back in the day I picked this up. I can't remember where or from who...my memory sucks in my old age. Haha.

I was thinking about going big bore with it as I thought it would probably net more go fast than a big bore (89mm) 62T. What do you guys think?

Not to mention I don't think I would need to run a girdled head with this bad boy.

It currently has 61X sleeves. With what looks to be 5 intake ports and 3 exhaust ports per. Pretty crazy looking exhaust ports.

That's a protec cylinder... They do really scream on top...

You'll certainly have to run a protec head on it... other heads will fit but it will look funky... and if you use a girlde head you'll have to grind the cylinder a bit for the long studs...

enjoy it's a nice piece, wish I could find one again like that...

Yeah, I was thinking that the middle cylinder bolt looks to be a very tight fit. Don't think my Riva girdled is going to fit in there...

Have you ever heard of anyone going big bore on these?

have not seen them big bore or bigger... check the OD... and see if feasable...

I'll run them as they are with 81ish pistons... and let them scream...
