Is this repairable or should I just find a new one?

Just got back from tablerock lake in Missouri a few days ago and we had a little collision with the 750sx and X2. I don't really want to go into the details about how it happened because it's embarrassingly my fault, but live and learn...

Do you think I could repair this myself, have it done or cough up the money and try to find a new hood somewhere else?

I've never worked with fiberglass and I don't know what can and can't be done so don't make fun of me too much here.

Anything is repairable with fiberglass. No time like the present to learn to glass. You will need to learn eventually or go broke paying people to fix your junk.

I'm too tired to go into detail about glassing, but there is a lot of info on this site.

I would just replace the hood ,you would end up paying more for the materials to fix that than you could buy a hood for, plus I assume your time is worth something to you as well.
