after jan. carnage in daytona, (putting a con rod through the bottom of the cases) i decided i wanted to go a bit bigger. so i did a bit of research, and ended up building a
61x bottom end with a 64x top end. i really liked the ease of tuning of a single carband i could still use the reserve on my fuel tank, but still wanted to go to a bigger bore. so now i have a 1.00mm oversize to roughly a 768cc single carb setup.
i'm using a factory b pipe with a limited chamber, greater billet head with 40cc domes,protec modded cdi. trying to keep as much reliablilty but still get some good h.p. gains.
hopefully get the pipe and the carb tuning done this week so i can finally get some ride time. i'll post up some pics once i get a dry day to take some pics..
