It’s official...Region 7 has a new race promoter for the 2007 race season!!
On Sunday, August 27th, a deal was inked up between the Irwin Racing Family and Hot Water Productions to purchase the Hot Water Tour for the 2007 race season and beyond. Hot Water Productions owner, Robert Cius, along with his new race director, Peter Kucinski, are extremely excited about this new venture and are committed to bringing WORLD CLASS races to Region 7.
The Staff of Hot Water Productions contacted the Irwin family at the conclusion of the 2006 Hot Water Tour about this new ownership deal. The Irwin family has done a great job with the Hot Water Tour in the past, but were ready to hand over the tour to someone who can hopefully get it to the next level. That's where Robert and his staff stepped in. Hot Water Productions wishes the best success to the Irwins' in the future, and will continue to keep this great tour alive.
With over 20+ years of combined racing experience, the new promoters have some new and exciting ideas on how to keep this great sport fun and exciting. They are currently working on all the preliminary aspects of the tour and hope to release some exciting news in the near future.
